At 361sport, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all performance tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your sports gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
